Carolyn Wang

Carolyn brings more than a decade of human resources and organizational development experience to her role as Head of People and Culture at Exai. She has a proven track record in developing innovative people strategies and building cultures for young, rapidly growing companies. Most recently, Carolyn served as Head of People & Culture for Miroculus where she developed the company’s talent acquisition strategy to support its first product launch, and initiated its first employee engagement and performance platform. Previous to this, she was Senior Director of People, Strategy and Culture for Second Genome. Carolyn has a Master of Social Work degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA.
